JOB SUMMARY: To provided direct Birth to Three services in the home and/or daycare following IFSP meeting with services/goals determined by Watertown School District
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to sit, stand, and walk without fatigue and discomfort. Must be able to assist in student transfer from chair to chair, chair to floor, etc.

JOB SUMMARY: To provided direct Birth to Three services in the home and/or daycare following IFSP meeting with services/goals determined by Watertown School District
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Consult with parents and daycare staff for sensory needs following IFSP meeting with services/goals determined by Watertown School District.
- All testing, IFSP and transition meetings to be completed by school OT staff.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to sit, stand, and walk without fatigue and discomfort. Must be able to assist in student transfer from chair to chair, chair to floor, etc.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Inside
- Climate Environment: Typically, work is conducted in a comfortable environment. Some District work areas are not climate controlled and are subject to extremes of temperature and humidity.
- Hazards: For some buildings, stairs, chalk dust and exposure to communicable diseases may be a potential hazard. Travel between schools will cause exposure to hazardous driving and walking conditions.
