Wight is currently looking for a summer intern to work on our BIM team.
Wight has one of the most robust Summer Intern programs in the industry! Construction interns have numerous opportunities to network with both construction management professionals and interns from all the various departments at Wight. The relationships forged during an internship can last the duration of a career!
Responsibilities:
- Creates and manipulates Revit details based on markups.
- Converts AutoCAD details to Revit details.
- Creates and modifies Revit families based on direction from BIM Manger.
- Assists in managing the Revit detail and family libraries.
- Reports to BIM Manager
Requirements:
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
- Detail oriented and self motivated
- Experience using Revit
- Basic skill with AutoCAD
- Experience using Bluebeam a plus
- Openness to learn
