Job Description
Performance Contracting, Inc. seeks a BIM Modeler at its facility located at 16220 Woodinville-Redmond Rd NE, Woodinville, WA 98072.
JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Create 3D Models utilizing Revit and AutoCAD.
• Develop and model scopes as requested, including interior and exterior walls, ceiling and soffit framing, acoustical ceilings, specialty panels, raised access flooring, cleanroom walls and ceilings, Unistrut framing, no fly zones, and more using Revit and Metal Wood Framer.
• Process shop drawings, incorporate comments, produce details, and layout files.
• Create and maintain elements of the model aligned with instructions, guidelines, in-house standards, and the project's BIM standards for PCI'S scope.
• Actively monitor and streamline Revit models from projects and coordinate change management process to ensure internal and external stakeholders are aware of changes and impacts.
• Utilize Navisworks manage to run clash detection and identify potential issues.
• Telecommuting allowed: 4 days/week in office.

Salary: $68,474 per year
This position is safety-sensitive.
Requirements
This position requires a Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Construction Management, Construction Science, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Additionally, the applicant must have completed undergraduate or graduate course work in: 1) Project Planning and Control or related course; 2) Preconstruction Facilitation or related course; 3) Lean Construction or related course; 4) Sustainable Construction or related course and 5) Virtual Construction Management or related course.
