Job Title: BIM Modeler

Position Overview: We are looking for a passionate, self-motivated, and dedicated BIM Modeler with a strong attention to detail. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, thriving in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed design drawings using REVIT and AutoCAD software.
- Coordinate with and consult other team members to design, layout, or detail components and structural systems.
- Draw and detail plans for foundations, buildings, and structures based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets, and other data.
- Modify drawings with necessary engineering changes.
- Establish and maintain BIM strategy and standards for both design and construction phases.
- Develop and deliver internal BIM training to design and construction teams.
- Collaborate with various vendors and suppliers to understand systems, materials, and supplies typical to the facility types under design and develop and maintain BIM standards/Revit Families for those facility types.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience with Revit, Naviswork, and Bluebeam.
- Preferred candidates will have experience working for Electrical sub-contractors.
- Strong understanding of electrical constructability and accessibility.
- Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- Knowledge, skill, and ability to meet the requirements of the BIM Modeler role.
