WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

Provide Finance and Operational support to the sales department by managing various invoice requirements, reconciliations, and day-to-day financial aspects of business transactions. Business transactions include but not limited to: Invoice distribution, credit/collections, agency discrepancies, invoice resolution, and vendor/publisher payout verifications.

HOW YOU'LL BE CONTRIBUTING:

• Interact with Sales, Finance, and Agencies to identify and resolve billing issues to ensure timely distribution of invoices and payments
• Monitor and maintain the overall billing process including, campaign delivery verification, confirming billable totals, reconciliation and releasing of invoices
• Work with Digital Operations to gather and communicate all billing information for the creation of memo bills for those accounts that have special requirements
• Resolve agency discrepancies and adjustments with Sales and the AdOps team
• Manage vendor relationships and provide billable verifications by campaign to Finance for accurate payout according to terms and conditions for each vendor
• Provide publishers with monthly revenue and billing verifications and act as primary contact for inquiries on publisher invoices
• Other projects assigned by management.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 2-3 years of Digital Industry experience preferred
• Knowledge of Digital Online Reporting Tools and Dashboards preferred (DFA, DFP, etc...)
• Cable and/or other Media experience preferred
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, Excel specifically.
• Experience with automated billing and payment systems
• Strong oral/written communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to deal professionally, courteously, and efficiently with Sales, Publishers, Vendors and Teammates
