Bronx scaffolding company looking for an experienced full-time Billing & Collections Professional. Salaried position with 401 K & health benefits included.

Requirements:

1) At least 10 years of collections & billing experience in the construction field.

2) Accounting or finance bachelor’s degree.

3) Must be results oriented, self-starter professional.

4) Strong analytical and computer Skills are an absolute must.

Description:

Daily responsibilities include:

1) Billing customers as per the contract terms. “AIA invoice billing”.

2) Collection calls on delinquent / past-due accounts.

3) Receiving & Applying customer payments in accounting system.

4) Coordinate with in-house legal counsel for applying mechanic’s liens against delinquent. accounts.

5) Bank reconciliation.

6) Establish credit terms for Customer.

7) Mail customer statements & Invoices.

8) Any other duties deemed necessary.

This is a hands-on position in a small office environment. We have privet secured office parking. We are looking for a well qualified person with construction industry knowledge who is willing to be a team player and capable of remaining flexible within a dynamic business environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
