We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Billing Auditor to join our team. The basic function of the Billing Auditor is to perform support for the billing department while auditing all paperwork, research, spreadsheets, payroll, and administrative needs for the success of the departments and company. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Communicate daily with potential applicants, 3rd party providers, office staff, remote employees, upper management & owners.
Add, delete, and modify daily changes to customer accounts, distributors, route schedules, and product updates per daily route sheet.
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail in various programs & systems.
Create, track, and monitor safety, safety committee items, safety program, safety files.
Handle discrete information related to employee relations, changes in the organization, performances, appraisals, and other confidential issues.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of six (6) months experience in Auditing.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with computer systems and software, such as Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Oulook and Typing.
Excellent organization and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and handle a high-volume workload.
Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
