- Create and maintain reports to track billing performance
- Develop and implement billing process improvements
- Monitor and ensure compliance with billing policies and procedures
- Respond to customer inquiries related to billing
- Prepare and submit invoices
- Troubleshoot billing issues
- Assist in the preparation of budgets
- Provide support for billing system upgrades and implementations
- Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- At least 1+ years of experience in billing or accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Excellent communication skills
