Operating out of 15 locations statewide, the company is a leader in the industry in the procurement and sale of gasoline, diesel, biodiesel, commercial and industrial lubricants, and chemicals that are used across a diverse set of end markets.

We are currently recruiting a Biller/Data Entry to join our team at our Rivera Beach location. We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a desire to work for a fast-paced, corporate organization. In addition to exceptional customer service skills, you must have a “roll-up your sleeves” attitude.

Job Responsibilities

•Invoicing customers for multiple divisions and locations – heavy data entry billing

•Inventory control through proper data entry

•Assisting customers with questions and researching issues when necessary

•Cross training in other office functions for maximum coverage

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years billing experience
• Detailed oriented
• Exceptional customer services skills
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent verbal and written skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Stable work history
