Description
- Provide administrative support within a close knit team setting
- General administrative duties, including but not limited to providing telephone support, extensive scanning and filing, envelope stuffing, and report generation
- Maintaining and updating databases
- Ability to learn and navigate a new software programs
- Transact regularly with external third parties on behalf of clients and as part of the advisory team
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment as well as manage multiple tasks with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to exercise discretion with confidential matters
- Able to be proactive and thoughtfully prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication, service, and interpersonal skills

Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
