About the Job!
Our Customer Care team love to embrace a challenge, deeply care about helping others, and are not afraid to bring empathy and excellence to their every interaction. Our Customer Care team provide support to drivers, school officials, and parents to ensure safety and the highest quality of service for our students and drivers.
Job Requirements
· 1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role.
· High energy, positive attitude, and get things done with work ethic.
· Organized with attention to detail skills
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to type fast to note important information while on the phone.
· Ability to stay focused under pressure, prioritize and manage simultaneous multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment.
· Bilingual in English and Spanish is required
What you’ll do!
· Daily ride monitoring and reports review
· Handle a high-volume of incoming/outgoing phone calls to and from clients, parents, and drivers professionally.
· Manage multiple communication channels while entering all notes and create tickets in the software
· Assist drivers to the right location when needed
· De-escalate customer concerns and solve transportation issues and properly take notes as a reference
· Help in other operational areas between call volume peaks and slow times.
