Form of workTEKsystems is hiring an Experienced Bilingual Customer Support Representative to join a growing IT company in Las Vegas.l
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will be working in their Call Center, supporting a number of merchants with getting set up with their payment processing software/devices (Point of Sale Systems). The technical support specialists will be responsible for helping troubleshoot and resolve problems as a new customer/client is being onboarded.
MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5+ years of recent Call Center experience (manager/lead/trainer experience a plus)
- Experience w/ some form of Technical Troubleshooting
- Strong computer proficiency -- including Microsoft Office, Internet, Outlook, etc.
OTHER DETAILS:
- Location: In Office - 2 miles from Allegiant Stadium
- Schedule: 40 hour work week, hours of operation 7am-6pm, Monday-Friday
