Qualifications:
Must speak, read and write in Spanish and English
Ability to translate documents from Spanish to English
Ability to act as an interpreter during client meetings
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Plan and schedule appointments
Greet and assist onsite guests
Answer telephone calls
Maintain filing systems
Perform all other office tasks as needed
