Job Overview:
This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting the company’s products and services and for building relationships with new and existing accounts. The focus is to help Aroma customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals established by the company. This position may require working some non-traditional hours (evening, weekends, and holidays) to successfully meet customer’s needs. Fluent in English and Chinese is required for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Make and achieve sales plan
- Identify and maintain a list of potential customers
- Call on accounts and identify product needs, demonstrate and obtain orders
- Complete orders and process through appropriate order entry
- Coordinate delivery, make delivery route and make essential delivery instructions for drivers
- Performs initial follow-up work with customer ensuring delivery and product satisfaction. Make deliveries in emergency.
- Minimize accounts receivable problems by monitoring accounts for compliance with credit terms and follow up on any problems.
- Participate in company product purchasing, operation, and future development
- Report sales activity, competitive activity, and market conditions.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Requirements:
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in foodservice sales
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships
- Ability to effectively communicate over the phone with proper phone etiquette
- Valid driver’s license with a “clean” driving record
- Must sign Aroma Protective Covenants Agreement
- Basic PC skills and proficiency with MS Office
