Job Description
What does an Sales Advisor Do?
- Assist customers in determining the right vehicle based on customer needs
- Work out financing options for the customer
- Utilize computer systems to handle sales leads and sales
- Understand and execute all administrative responsibilities including but not limited to deal documentation and cash handling
- Follow up with prospective customers in an effort to earn their business
- Follow up with current customers to ensure satisfaction with their purchase
- Comply with laws and regulations to protect and safeguard customer identity
- Comply with company policies/procedures to protect and safeguard customer identity
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail industry
- Must be self-motivated with strong decision making and problem solving abilities
- Ability to work with customers in a professional manner and a team environment
- Looking for candidates with the ability to negotiate
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Excellent typing and computer skills
- Great listening ability
