Kendall, Crawford & Reeker, PC LLO, a busy law firm in Grand Island, Nebraska, is searching for a Bilingual Receptionist to join our growing firm. The Bilingual Receptionist will be responsible for supporting the attorneys in the firm with a variety of duties including, but not limited to: answering phones, greeting visitors, drafting legal correspondence at the direction of an attorney and communicating with a wide range of legal professionals, clients and Court personnel. Responsibilities:
The Bilingual Receptionist will welcome guests and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone; direct client inquiries to the appropriate staff member; schedule appointments with attorneys and other staff; transcribe, proofread and translate documents; and assist attorneys with gathering and maintaining confidential client information for use in preparation of client cases.
Education:
Highschool diploma or equivalent required. Additional education or training is not required but will be taken into consideration in rate of pay determination.
Qualifications:
Bilingual: Applicant must be bilingual, speaking, reading and writing in both English and Spanish proficiently.
Technology: Applicant should have basic proficiency with Microsoft suite of office programs or similar office programs.
Interpersonal skills: Applicant must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively and directly with employee peers as well as management.
Experience:
No experience is required, however, familiarity with legal terminology and processes will be taken into consideration in rate of pay determination.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
