SalaryGresk & Singleton has an immediate opening for a Receptionist to work in our immigration law firm. We have 40 years’ experience, a main office in our private building across from USCIS Indianapolis and a full-service satellite office in Goshen, Indiana. Our primary practice areas include family-based immigration, consular work, removal defense, criminal defense, family law. We are a very busy, high-volume environment with a supportive, team-oriented staff. Applicants will be part of the phone group responsible for responding and transferring calls; the consultation group by preparing files, documents and supervising flow; and the entry desk, through greeting, seating and directing clients to offices and scheduling future appointments. Bilingual English/Spanish skills are required. Competitive salary, full time, in-office job.
