bilingual paralegal

O’Brien Law Group has an immediate need for a qualified paralegal.

Ability to speak Spanish required. Full time position, M-F, 8:30 – 5:00.

As a Paralegal, you will provide essential support to attorneys in various legal matters with multi-national clientele. Responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, organizing case files, and assisting with trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

```Responsibilities```
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, and briefs
- Organize and maintain case files and documents
- Prepare and file legal documents with the court
- Assist with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and witness materials
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and other parties involved in the case
- Schedule appointments and manage attorney calendars
- Perform administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and managing correspondence

```Experience```
- Proficiency in legal administrative tasks such as drafting legal documents and conducting legal research
- Strong interviewing skills to gather information from clients and witnesses
- Knowledge of document management systems and ability to organize case files effectively
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
