Title: Bilingual Outreach Executive

Role Description
The OakWell Outreach Executives are integral to the OakWell care team. The Outreach Executive is responsible for developing relationships, engaging with prospective patients, introducing OakWell, and guiding them through the new patient journey. Successful Outreach Executives are motivated, organized, and passionate about their local community and the opportunity to improve the lives within it. OakWell Outreach Executive typically works from a Fresenius dialysis clinic 4-5 days per week.
Responsibilities:
  • Proficiently represent OakWell and effectively communicate the benefits of being an OakWell patient to prospective patients
  • Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our prospects and patients
  • Generate leads by prospecting, building, and maintaining relationships
  • Nurture prospective patients and prospect for new patients with an ambitious mentality via email, phone, and networking
  • Maintain consistent touchpoints with prospects to continuously engage prospects to drive new patient growth in assigned territory
  • Capture and record customer information and sales activity data into the customer relationship management (CRM) system and appropriate business system
  • Manage the welcome visit and orientation process for new OakWell patients
  • Maintain internal sales system knowledge and marketing programs by attending scheduled meetings to learn about new updates on services, workstreams, and initiatives
  • Resolve any concerns & complaints new prospects & patients may have about Oak Street Health by working with prospect to understand the concern or directing the prospect or patient to another Oak Street employee
  • Support the clinic management team on operational activities as needed, including scheduling and billing
  • Other duties as assigned

What we're looking for:
We're looking for motivated, experienced Outreach Executives with:
Required Qualifications:
  • Computer Skills: Ability to quickly navigate and use multiple computer programs to include, but not limited to: Gmail, Google Sheets, Google Documents
  • US work authorization
  • Access to personal transportation with a valid driver's license

Strongly Preferred Qualifications:
  • Ability to quickly connect and influence the right people
  • Comfortable with navigating external barriers to create a positive experience
  • Ability to manage priorities simultaneously
  • Team player and contributor to the overall effectiveness of the team
  • Sales or account management experience and/or a passion for sales
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience with and a supportive attitude toward our patient population of older adults that require dialysis & community served by the clinic
  • Sales and/or healthcare experience a plus
