As an BilingualOutpatient Therapist, you will be responsible for the ongoing provision of culturally responsive, strength based, mental health services to youth and their families, including individual and family therapy. The work of the clinician aims to help facilitate ways to achieve a better quality of life as defined by the client and family. The Clinician will conduct assessments to inform ongoing therapeutic work, and support clients to meet their identified treatment goals. Therapy may be provided in the community, such as homes, schools and community areas.

Responsibilities- Provide individual, family, and group therapy utilizing culturally relevant, strengths based, and trauma informed practices
- Complete assessment and evaluation process of assigned clients including obtaining consents for all aspects of treatment, obtaining relevant documents and meeting/speaking with various adults or professionals involved in the client's life in order to develop and implement the treatment plan
- Collaborate with other professionals within Seneca Family of Agencies and partnering agencies
- Complete and submit timely documentation in compliance with Medicaid and Seneca requirements
- Comply with all requirements of child abuse reporting, Medicaid compliance and confidentiality in accordance with standards set by Seneca Family of Agencies
- Participate in individual and/or group supervision.
- Commit to and engage in self-evaluation as well as organizational goals, strategies, and systemic practices regarding diversity, equity and inclusion
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or Counseling marriage and family therapy or similar field
- Eligible to register as a LMFT, LICSW, LMFTA, LSWAIC or LMHC in accordance with the Washington State Department of Health requirements
- Direct work experience providing community/school based therapy services to children, adolescents and families required
- Bilingual Spanish and English preferred
- Ability to work with a diverse population
- Valid Washington Drivers License and insurability by Seneca's automobile insurance carrier
- Clearance of TB test, fingerprints, and any other state or federal requirements
- Strong writing, organizational, analytical, and computer skills; ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination

- Monday to Friday
- 9:00 am - 6:00 pm (one to two days per week 10:00 am - 7:00 pm)
- Flexible schedule with ability to work some evenings
- Starting at $75,270- $89,270 annually
- Bilingual Spanish/English required
- Actual salary is dependent on creditable experience above the minimum qualifications for the role
- Additional compensation provided upon passing bilingual language proficiency exam
