Significant functions performed: part-time M-W-Th
* Greet, screen and guide clients during their initial and subsequent visits.
* Conduct biochemical and physiological tests and measurements. (Heights, weights, and finger poke blood draws for hemoglobin and lead tests.)
* Initiates WIC benefit card and loads benefits.
* Initiate new client files including completion of prescribed forms for "intake" processing for all programs at HNSR.
* Schedule clients for appointments or contacts with other HNSR staff in contact with established procedures.
* Inform clients of program procedures, how eligibility is determined and time-frame for eligibility.
* Translate (Spanish-English) for client instruction, as needed.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
