As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to support data analysis and reporting. Your duties will include:
- Collecting and analyzing large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Developing and implementing data models, algorithms, and statistical analyses
- Creating and maintaining databases and data systems
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define project objectives
- Designing and generating reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings
- Conducting ad-hoc data analysis to support business decision-making
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and automation
```Experience```
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Strong experience with R, Python, SQL, and VBA for data analysis and manipulation
- Proficiency in statistical analysis techniques and tools
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment
- Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and draw meaningful insights
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders
- Experience in analytics or business analysis is preferred
