Job Description

A Philadelphia-based community health center is looking for a Bilingual Medical Scheduler to join their call center team. This position is fully onsite in their office which is located in Center City Philadelphia. The position primarily is handling inbound calls from patients to schedule appointments with providers as well as checking eligibility and verifying insurance.

This position does see a high volume of calls, upwards of 60 a day.

Location and Hours: This position is full-time, Monday-Friday 9am-5 pm and fully on-site in Center City Philadelphia.

Pay Range (based on experience): $17-20/hour

Requirements

1) You are the voice of our organization for patients so we are looking for a positive, upbeat, professional demeanor on the phone

2) Call center experience

3) Medical scheduling experience

4) Must be bilingual (English/Spanish)
