The Loan Processor I will be responsible to evaluate, review and verify all the credit applications received from our Retail Centers (Car Stores) and Business Development Center (BDC). They will also be required to communicate with entities on credit application as well as customers by phone, text or email.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Review and verify the loan package
- Review credit reports, calculate income
- Ensure stipulations and documentation are in order and valid before submitting to approve the loan
- Communicate with lots and branch team
- Develop and maintain strong customer service with customers and lot staff
- Understand and follow the policies and procedures in place
- Assist with loan servicing and collections, as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Conform with all company policies and procedures
Objectives and Performance Targets
The goal is to help qualified applicants obtain loans in a timely manner and protect our organization's credibility. Loan processor duties and responsibilities will include analysis, appraisal and evaluation of loan applicants.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
