Join an outstanding Company and HR Team! Hitachi Energy in Jefferson City, Missouri, is seeking a Bilingual Human Resource Representative. This position will perform the daily functions of an HR generalist for our Human Resource Department. The HR Representative role will be a key HR contact for our employees and will play a pivotal role in supporting and advocating for our people.
What You'll Do:
- Work with Recruiting Team on recruiting, interviewing, selection, and onboarding of hourly employees.
- Participate in the new hire orientation program.
- Handle employment related inquiries from applicants, employees and supervisors.
- Coach and counsel employees, front line leaders, and managers on employee relation matters.
- Drive continuous improvements of HR activities & support across the factory.
- Assist with employee engagement and employee recognition activities.
- Provide HR service support to our employees.
What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's degree
- HR Generalist experience preferred.
- Must be Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
