- Minimum age of 18
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- Physical capability to match the energy of our clients
- PR/First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain it
- Willingness to complete Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) training & State applicable license (Licensure in some states is required; we'll provide support for licensure as applicable)
- High school diploma
