THE ROLE:
In this role, you will be a key player in our team as you manage the pipeline of applicants, match providers with regional center consumers, and create meaningful connections with families.Your day-to-day responsibilites will include:

The expected California Pay Range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00 per hour.

In this role, you will be a key player in our team as you manage the pipeline of applicants, match providers with regional center consumers, and create meaningful connections with families.Your day-to-day responsibilites will include:
- Manage the pipeline of applicants by accurately tracking and updating their progress throughout the hiring process
- Verify employment eligibility and expedite criminal background checks as needed
- Assist families' chosen providers and respond to consumer questions and concerns
- Attend trainings, manage program preparation functions, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations
- Maintain an active pipeline of providers through sourcing efforts
You will collaborate with your dynamic team in person once a week at our Oxnard branch office.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:
- Spanish fluency required
- 1-2+ years of customer service experience and
- Strong time management skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Analytical skills and high attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
