Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Representative to join our team! Willing to train the right candidate!

Our mission is to improve the health status of migrant and seasonal agricultural workers and their families.

Greets public (clients/patients/visitors) face to face and/or by telephone,  Patient check in, check out and scheduling appointments in electronic health record (EHR) and related EHR duties associated with position. Answering phones, taking messages, and performing general related office duties.

Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Full-Time position, Monday-Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm 
• Weekends off
