Our 4 offices in PA, NJ, and DE is home to 450 employees and that serve over 100 clients. PATHS LLC is seeking an ED Financial Navigator to work on behalf of our client facility(ies) in Bethlehem, PA.

Duties Include:

  • Assist patients in applying for pharmaceutical assistance or charitable foundation assistance
  • Counsel patients in navigating through medical bills, insurance benefits, and financial resources available through pharmaceutical companies and charitable foundations
  • Working with patients, physicians, nursing staff, pharmaceutical and charitable foundations
  • Travel to other client facilities as needed
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Train remotely and in our Allentown, PA office Monday-Friday 8:00 am-4:30 pm for approximately three weeks. Schedule will be broken up so it is not three consecutive weeks. Mileage, and hotel if needed, will be reimbursed
  • Bilingual; English to Spanish
  • Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and car insurance
  • Experience working in healthcare facility, insurance billing, Medicaid eligibility, or social work preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both written and verbal
  • Trustworthy, detail and goal oriented, organized
  • Comfortable working in a hospital environment
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft applications: Outlook, Word, and Excel

Physical Exam, PPD screening, and immunization records are also required. COIVD vaccine required. Minimum high school diploma or GED is also required.

Work schedule: Monday - Friday 1:30 pm – 10:00 pm
