Bilingual Customer Service/Administrative Assistant (Ft)

• We are willing to train the right candidate to be a highly production Immigration Paralegal.
• We are a document preparation and filing company for different types of visa petitions like family-based, employment-based, and citizenship-based visas nationwide. 
• The candidate must be fluent in Portuguese, English and knwledge of Spanish. If you also speak Spanish then it is a plus.
• If you have social media skills then this is even more of a plus.
• This candidate will answer the phones, translate for the Director, learn paralegal duties and help clients fill out forms. 

• This position is full-time with health benefits, 10 days PTO, and 1-week vacation along with bonuses 
• The position needs to be filled IMMEDIATELY.
• Portuguese is a MUST for this position.
