Description:
As a Bilingual Financial Specialist, you'll play a key role in keeping members satisfied. Your goal is to build and maintain relationships, understand members' needs, offer financial education, and make recommendations to help them achieve their financial goals.
Your work as a Financial Specialist involves many duties, from opening checking accounts to assisting with loans, mortgages, and retirement savings.
- Meet specific goals for product sales and referrals
- Build member relationships by getting to know them and understanding their needs
- Provide information on finances and suggest products and services
- Actively engage in 'courtesy calling' and 'new account follow-up activities' for members.
- Demonstrate flexibility in developing and expanding member relationships.
- Utilize networking skills to enhance member connections.
- Contribute to activities that help individual and organizational success.
- Ensure accuracy, completeness, and appropriateness of all loan applications, accounts, and member transactions.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of direct sales experience
- Strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Proficiency with personal computer and office software
