Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Analyze, review, and make decisions on application stipulations before receiving the contract.
- Conduct verifications on application stipulations prior to the receipt of the contract.
- Daily communication with SAFCO dealer partners, Relationship Managers, and customers.
- Proficient use of the funding apparatus within defi, ensuring real-time updates on application status.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks in a high-quality, fast-paced work environment.
- Address inquiries and concerns from dealer partners related to stipulations or verifications.
- Collaborate with dealer partners to reassess and revisit loan applications.
- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of SAFCO credit and funding policies and procedures.
- Flexibility to work scheduled hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Excellent written communication skills for dealer and customer correspondence.
- Strong verbal communication skills for effective information gathering and response.
- Proficiency in using defi System, MS Office, credit reporting, and loan decision software.
- Preferred bilingual ability.
