Work with high-risk vulnerable families to keep children safe and strengthen the family with the intensive support they need for their children to grow up safe, healthy, and ready for school. Provide regular home visits to assist the family in client lead goal collaboration and increasing family stabilization. Provide twice-weekly class developing curriculum that promotes social and emotional development for toddlers on the caseload in accordance with Family Tree Relief Nursery's mission, policies, and philosophy of the Relief Nursery. Provide administrative support for Family Tree Relief Nursery programs.
General Expectations:
- Support families as determined by the contract.
- Complete all data and reports in the timeframes stipulated.
- Attend community and family events as assigned.
- Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance.
- Attend and participate in required supervision, team meetings, and All Staff Meetings and training as required.
- Comply with all health and safety standards per state regulations.
- Maintain strict confidentiality in accordance with Relief Nursery policies.
- Comply with state guidelines regarding mandated reporting of suspected abuse and/or neglect.
- Maintain an acceptable driving record, driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance while employed at Family Tree Relief Nursery.
- Obtain at least 15 hours of continuing education per year as determined by the employee and supervisor.
We currently have two openings for this position at two different locations, one in Lebanon and one in Albany. More details will be discussed during phone screen and interview.
