Shang Dao Investments LLC is a large real estate development company that develops residential projects primarily in the Los Angeles area of the United States. Our main projects are buying houses through auction, building and renovating houses, and finally selling them.
The company is now looking for a Bilingual Chinese licensed real estate agent, requiring fluent English and Chinese Mandarin, strong comprehension and language communication skills. Attention to detail and analytical skills allow us to make the right decisions as quickly as possible. Has good multitasking and organizational skills.
Qualifications for the Real Estate Sales Agent:
- Must be fluent in Chinese Mandarin
- Must hold an active real estate license
- Sales experience is required if you do not have real estate experience
- Real Estate experience is preferred
- Must have strong communication skills, be interpersonal
- Must be motivated and determined
- Must have knowledge in Transaction Coordinating
Responsibilities for the Real Estate Sales Agent:
- Hold open houses (in-person/virtually)
- Processing real estate documents
- Coordinating the manager to finish errands
- Coordinating lawyer to handle court documents
- Go on appointments with homeowners and acquire properties
- Complete daily tasks within the System
