Bilingual Cashier/Retail Sales Associate

We are looking for a Part-time Sales Associate/Cashier with Great Customer service. Working at Daily Deals Includes working with walk-in clients/over-the-phone. Sales experience is preferred but not necessary. Our ideal candidate has a willingness to learn, works well with others as well as independently. We are a small, family-owned business so flexibility in day-to-day tasks is expected. With a positive, can-do attitude and ability to get along/work with other members of the Daily Deals team is a must.

What is Daily Deals?

We sell random items discounted from 50% to 90% MSRP. We have all sorts of gadgets for differnt uses, purpose, and designs. Each day is a set price, and the customers will be able to purchase each item for that price they decided to come in.

Example: $5 dollar Sunday, get each item priced for $5 or $3 dollar Monday get each priced for $3

Sales Associate Qualifications:

• High School graduate required, higher education is a plus
• Prior Sales Experiences is recommed, not Required
• Prior professional sales experience helpful to your success
• Prior Cashier experience helpful to your success
• Able to work varied shifts, hours, and days (including weekends and holidays)
• Clearly communicates and effectively listens to customers concerns and questions
• Pursues work with insatiable energy and drive
• Highly productive with minimal guidance or supervision
• Willingness to learn and grow through coaching and feedback
• Maintain the Customer service through out work shift

Responsibilities for Sales Associates:

• Check out customers items
• Assist Customers with question and needs
• Ensure each customer has informative, positive experiences
• Work within team environment to achieve store goals
• open boxes to assist customer services

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

• Rotating weekends

Experience:

• sales: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Retail sales: 1 year (Preferred)
