JOB OVERVIEW
(español) SALES ROLE
We are looking for highly motivated, determined, competitive and highly personable individuals to come be the "face" of Joe Tea Texas. Your primary responsibility will be to sell our beverage products to businesses in the Houston area. You will develop new customer relationships within hispanics markets. You must be fluent in Spanish and English to be successful in this position.
This 40% Base + 60% Commission position offers tremendous income potential during the summer months

- Gain insider understanding of the non-alcoholic beverage industry.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the "face" of Joe Tea Texas by embodying professionalism, courtesy, tenacity and subject matter expert of company knowledge
- Promote and sell the full catalog of our drinks with a focus on building the hispanic market
- Follow Joe Tea Texas structured sales process within assigned territory
- Demonstrate excellent customer facing listening skills demonstrating empathy and understanding of their needs
- Overcome customer objections
- Cold calling potential new customer
- Upsell existing customers
- Follow-up and Close sales with new and former customers
- Complete required forms / update CRM client record
QUALIFICATIONS
- MUST BE BILINGUAL**SPANISH**
- Highly motivated and determined
- Excellent interpersonal and listening skills
- Strong ability to overcome customer objections
- Willingness and desire to follow a structure sales process
- Detail oriented in tracking customer information and sales progress
- Valid driver's license, working vehicle and liability insurance
REQUIREMENTS
- Be over 18 yrs old
- MUST BE BILINGUAL**SPANISH**
- Have a valid Texas Driver's License
- Have a working and insured vehicle
