Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Personal Injury Pre-Litigation Case Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a passion for assisting clients through the pre-litigation phase, demonstrating excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Case Management:
Manage a caseload of Personal Injury cases during the pre-litigation phase.
Conduct initial client interviews to gather essential case information.
Coordinate with medical providers, insurance companies, and other relevant parties to obtain necessary documentation.
2. Investigation and Documentation: Conduct thorough investigations to gather evidence and build a strong case foundation.
Organize and maintain detailed case files, ensuring all relevant information is accurately documented.
Collaborate with legal professionals to prepare demand packages and settlement negotiations.
3. Client Communication:
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on case progress.
Address client inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Ensure clients are informed about the status of their cases throughout the pre-litigation process.
4. Collaboration:
Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and other team members to facilitate a seamless transition from pre-litigation to litigation when necessary.
Participate in case strategy meetings and contribute insights based on pre-litigation findings. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
Previous experience in Personal Injury law or a related field is preferred.
Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Proficiency in Aderant Total Office and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $60,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
