Spanish Call Center Representative
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Bilingual Call Center Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and another Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to handle a high volume of inbound calls in a professional manner.
**Responsibilities:**
1. Answering incoming calls from customers and assisting with inquiries or issues.
2. Making outbound calls to follow up on customer requests or to conduct surveys.
3. Providing information to callers about products, services, and company policies.
4. Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures.
5. Resolving customer complaints or directing them to the appropriate department for resolution.
**Qualifications:**
1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Fluency in English and Spanish.
3. Proven experience in a customer service or Call Center role is preferred.
4. Experience in a dental setting is preferred.
5. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
6. Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle challenging customers.
7. Proficiency in basic computer applications.
**Additional Requirements:**
- Flexibility to work 9am - 6pm
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
