Safety Center has immediate openings for Bilingual Call Center Representative.
Summary: The Bilingual Call Center Representative is an essential member of the Alcohol & Drug Program (ADP) team supporting the Safety Centers DUI program.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Take calls from program participants get accurate contact information, identify needs, and provide timely answers to their questions.
Provide guidance in navigating to website and other resources to provide access to the information needed.
De-escalate situations by listening empathy, acknowledging concerns, and focusing on appropriate solutions.
Collaborate with other Call Center staff to continuously improve processes needed to support C.A.R.E.
team members and provide a positive participant experience.
Minimize, on-hold wait time, hang-ups, dropped calls, and voice mail messages.
Other duties as required to meet the needs of our clients, our employees and Safety Center as a whole.
Regular, predictable attendance is required.
Ability to get along and work effectively with others.
Requirements of Successful Candidates:
Bilingual (Russian & Spanish)
Regular, predictable attendance
Experience using internet software, including Zoom and video conferencing technology
Knowledge of basic office equipment should include: Internet and email, copy and fax machines, postage meter, and telephone.Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Compensation: $19.00 - 20.00 per hour.COVID-19 considerations:
