These Customer Service - Bilingual Call Center jobs require a minimum of six months of Call Center experience and a High School Diploma or GED. As a Customer Service Representative, you will answer both English and Spanish calls addressing inquiries, perform research for callers, and complete necessary administrative work in a Call Center environment. You will follow written procedures and scripts and answer customer inquiries regarding their account information providing stellar customer service.
