Bilingual Call Center Agent

Community Clinic is currently seeking Call Center Agents for a high volume Call Center serving our clinics in Northwest Arkansas. Bilingual is required (English/Spanish or English/Marshallese). Job responsibilities include excellent computer and data entry skills, outstanding customer service skills and the ability to handle high call volumes while multi-tasking. Position is full-time, M-F, with an excellent benefits package including insurance, 403(b) retirement, PTO and paid holidays.
