Bilingual Administrative Accounting Assistant

We are currently looking for a Spanish-speaking office assistant to support operations, accounting, and office administration. Responsibilities and Duties
· Answer and direct incoming calls and greet office visitors.
- Assist with accounts payable/receivable, including paying vendors, scheduling and preparing checks, and resolving payment discrepancies.
- Post revenues by verifying and recording cash, checks, credit card transitions, and deposits.
- Support the Sales department by scheduling appointments, processing bid data and documents, and maintaining files.
- Support the Operations department with workflow, translations, calendars, etc.
- Assist franchisees with document preparation and maintenance and email communications.
- Maintain supplies and uniform inventory.
- Perform other administrative duties, as needed.
Required Qualifications and Skills
· Bilingual: English & Spanish
- 1 year experience in basic accounting procedure and bookkeeping
- High school degree
· Ability to work with little supervision to meet tight deadlines
- Competency with MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
· Competency with QuickBooks
- Ability to perform filing and record keeping tasks
- Well organized
Preferred Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s or relevant certification
· Experience as Accounts receivable or Accounts payable clerk
· 1 year experience in office administration
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $24.00-$26.00 per hour
Schedule:
