Big Data/Cloud Engineer

• Dexian is looking for a Big Data/Cloud Engineer to work in a contract to permanent position with one of our clients in Palm Beach County, FL.

  Job Description:

  
  Principal IT Programmer (Cloud)

  • Big Data ingestion and pipeline technology expert (EMR, Glue, Step Functions, etc..)
  • Build scalable data monitoring, architecture and governance (Prometheus, Grafana)
  • FinOps expert in cloud data "in motion" and "at rest" cost management
  • Focus on databases, storage, and performance optimizations (S3, DynamoDB, RDS, Redshift)
  • Python, Java performance tuning, optimizations, and code quality
