Job Summary:
The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for organizing and scheduling field staff to ensure that CCOR clients schedules are fully staffed.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for scheduling home care staff based on requests for service.
• Obtain and distribute information by telephone, correspondence, or in person to employees, other agencies, and the public, requiring a thorough knowledge of the agency’s functions.
• Problem solve scheduling challenges.
• Demonstrate strong organizational skills and manage multiple demands simultaneously.
• Provide staff and clients excellent customer service.
• Advise the Staffing Manager of any obstacles to achieving their responsibilities.
• Provides Alayacare mobile app support.
• Perform other necessary duties as required.

Pay: $18.50
Position Requirements:
• High school diploma required.
• Two (2) years of clerical experience preferred.
• Proficiency with use of differing computer programs.
• Previous home care scheduling experience preferred.
• Reliable means of transportation.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a professional manner with customers, clients, co-workers and management.
• Ability to work independently and good time management.
• Knowledge of office and medical terminology and procedures, including word processing.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and to sit, stand, bend, stoop, kneel, pull, climb, reach, and perform repetitive movements of the upper extremities.
• Pass a physical examination and immunization requirements after being offered employment, and a health assessment annually thereafter.
