Description
As Regional Recruiter, you'll be part of both planning and hands-on recruitment activities. Working closely with various business unit leaders, you will source, evaluate, present, and onboard candidates for various positions across branches within your designated region, encompassing roles such as CDL Drivers, Warehouse, Rooftop Loaders, Customer Counter Service, and more.
The role is remote but is required to reside within one of the designated local markets, which include VA, DE, MD, OH, PA, NY, NJ, CT, RI, MA, and ME.
Your impact on our business:
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, starting from requisition intake, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure a strong match, through candidate onboarding, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Manages the scheduling of interviews and coordinates interviewers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Strategically markets and advertises career opportunities, leveraging social media platforms, organizing job fairs, partnerships with community organizations to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet current and future needs of the business.
- Communicates comprehensive information to candidates, covering job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefits packages, and potential career advancement opportunities.
- Prepares and extends job offers to successful candidates, ensuring clarity on terms and conditions.
- Communicates respectfully and professionally with applicants not selected for the positions, delivering rejection notifications with tact and sensitivity.
- Stay updated on industry tools and trends to continuously optimize the recruitment process.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 2 years experience in high-volume recruiting within roofing, building products, pool, landscape and/or a similar industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English in both verbal and written communication abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
- Ability to travel 30-35% of the time.
- Knowledge and use in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) Workday preferred and recruitment technologies.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Possess a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
