Our Child/Youth Case Manager works with children and youth in the community, engaging them in the creation of their own service plan and goals, providing social skills and behavior management support/education, and advocating/ linking them to additional community supports. You will meet with your clients and families in their homes, in the community and in the office, to support their progress and assess needs to adjust the treatment plan as necessary.

Our Child/Youth Case Manager works with children and youth in the community, engaging them in the creation of their own service plan and goals, providing social skills and behavior management support/education, and advocating/ linking them to additional community supports. You will meet with your clients and families in their homes, in the community and in the office, to support their progress and assess needs to adjust the treatment plan as necessary.
What were looking for:
- Bachelors Degree in a related field (Psychology, Social Work, etc) and 1 year experience working with children/youth in the Medicaid system, preferably as a Case Manager
- Bi-lingual (English/Spanish)
- CPR/First Aid (will provide training if not current?)
- Valid AZ Drivers license without restrictions, current auto insurance, and possess own transportation
- Must be eligible for fingerprint clearance approval without restrictions (and maintain during employment)
- Preferred: Prior behavioral health experience
- 10 days of Paid vacation, (prorated the first year), increases with tenure!
