Beverage Cart Attendant/ Snack Bar Attendant

Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Beverage Cart and Snack Bar Attendant to join our team at Great River Golf Club. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers and ensuring the smooth operation of the Snack Bar and Beverage Cart. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:
- Greet customers and take their orders in a courteous and efficient manner
- Serve a variety of snacks, beverages, and light meals
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Snack Bar area and Beverage Carts
- Stock inventory and replenish supplies as needed
- Assist with food handling, including preparation, storage, and disposal
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Provide assistance to customers with menu selection or special requests
- Upsell products and promote specials to increase sales

Skills:
- Previous experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with customers in a friendly manner
- Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and making change
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Knowledge of Point of Sale (POS) systems is a plus
