Beverage Cart Attendant

• Communicate with the golf shop and golf members regarding needs for the day
• Offer golf course service, providing members and guests food & beverage from the snack bar & kitchen
• Set-up, serve and break-down tournament events scheduled during shift Consistently inspects cart making sure everything is in working order and is gassed up before maintenance leaves for the day
• Reports any deviations from standards to Manager/Supervisor including standards on the golf course
• Inventories materials and supplies at beginning of shift comparing to previous days ending inventory to ensure no shrinkage and obtains quantities necessary to support forecasted levels of business
• Serve and/or retrieve food & beverage as requested
• Checks all food & beverage prior to service for accuracy, completeness, appearance and presentation
• Serves food & beverage to members and their guests following Service and Food Safety Standards
• Monitors members and their guests, anticipates needs, responds to requests, ensures satisfaction
• Monitors members and their guests alcohol consumption to prevent over indulgence and ensure safety
• Make sure that cart is clean and free of debris at all times
• Completes required stocking, cleaning and inventory of cart at the end of scheduled shift
• Other duties as assigned
• Promotes and applies teamwork skills at all times
• Notifies appropriate individual promptly and fully of problems and/or unusual matters of significance Is polite, friendly, and helpful to members and their guests, management and fellow employees
• Executes emergency procedures in accordance with club standards Complies with required safety regulations and procedures
• Attends appropriate department meetings and training sessions
• Maintains cleanliness and excellent condition of equipment and work areas

• Remains current with club information and changes
