This position will be responsible for supporting both the administrative and operational departments by recording and answering a variety of resident and family questions. Answering phone calls and greeting residents and family members.
Proper telephone etiquette, prompt and accurate delivery of client/vendor messages are also very important in this environment. It is also being noted that the highest levels of communication (oral/written) will be needed.
