Benton, IL Flower Merchandiser

Your responsibilities will involve taking care of live plants inside the Garden Center. Tasks involve helping with watering, cleaning up, pulling dead plants or plants that do not look good and putting on garden cart for associates to put on clearance, taking pictures to put in the report at least once a week and for anything new as well as arranging live plants according to supplier and making sure signage is correct and put up. When the time comes you will be asked to help with marking down our product for clearance and recording it in the app. Unloading delivery racks on delivery days. Communicating and working with associates in the Garden Center.

This position involves the use of your phone for timekeeping and compliance. It will be YOUR responsibility to make sure you clock in and out in a timely manner and reporting back to your district manager.

Paid training is provided. Field training guide will be provided for you to look over that covers what all we do. This is a full time position and weekend availability is required. You must be available on delivery days and on Saturdays.

Pay is every Friday and starting wage is at $15 per hour. You will be asked to fill out the direct deposit information in a time keeping app as we ONLY pay by direct deposit/pay card.

Reliability, self-supervisory and conflict management skills are useful.
